I'm Phil Goddard, a Leadership Trainer and Life Coach.  After twenty one years working in the Communications and I.T. industry, I am now following what has been my passion for as long as I can remember; working with people.

I believe that the vast majority of our success today is dependant upon how we relate with others, in our workplaces, in our homes, and in our social and business circles.

I am 37, have a wonderful football mad son aged 14, and enjoy my life in the picturesque county of Suffolk
